Once and for all, I would like to understand how the "SPAM" mailing is working, a few question that I believe we all want to know:

    1. In terms of law, how to make this legal?
    2. Technically wise how do you set up the server?
    3. Where do you get the list?

I don't wish to sound abrasive, but I honestly believe that if you can't research those things for yourself, you have no chance of running a successful spam campaign in this day and age.

1.Spam mailing can never be legal. Its like asking how to make something non legit, LEGIT!
    2. Technically wise , how to set up a server will involve the process of getting to the basics and learning it...which is not actually easy if you don't have exposure to programming and coding.
    3. I can only answer where you can get get LEGIT list, you can get the legit list from the people who wish to optin to your emailers through squeeze pages or offer pages.

word of caution , don't get into this unless you know what you are doing, CAN SPAM laws are strict, you can end up cooling your heels where you don't want to.

    Cheers!
