    Hey,

I've just found out that if I go to my local court I can get a big list of names and adresses of people who have recently declared themselves bankrupt. I figure this would be a great targetted demograph to fire some kind of free offer at (I'm not that heartless, I don't wanna take their money too  ). How does the law stand on this? I don't want to get into trouble, but this could potentially be a bit of a money spinner.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks

The thing with spam is, its not legal but who is actually gonna go thru the trouble of taking you to court for spamming them?
I think its a good idea, maybe look for an affiliate related to either clearing black listings, loans or recruitment agencies or something like that.
    good luck!

um guessing you mean direct mail, and now it's not bad. I send out about 1k post cards a week to tax delinquent land owners for my REI shit, and it's getting a great response.
