Mail deleted and can't login in Ig

hello guys, i have a serious problem: I created a lot of mails by "Mail.com" and i did using a proxy extension on chrome.
Unfortunately most of the mails i created have been deleted for irregular activity.... and now some accounts ask me for mail verification (can't verify by phone).
Unfortunately i can't login to change mail address and can't edit it on Massplanner.
How can i change mail address so i can verify ?

Try to create the same email again, if didn't work, explain to the email support they should help

in case nothing worked, contact instagram and explain to them

unfortunately mail service doesnt answer, and can't verify by sms/phone.. hope by instagram

I faced same issue with yandex..
Can anyone suggest a good mailing service which doesn't require phone verification?

I'm trying mail ru now
