no comment, if the last refund didn't go though as fast as the other which I didn't really fathom to calculate in and I though I counted the 15. Will I not get listing fees back for this only final value fees?

What backs me up from it being s glitch and not an error on my part, is the difference in what I had before this happened and what I had after The refund when I was over... It was about 9 dollars and all the items were about 14.
