Hi guys. I've made my niche site over the last week or so, and it's pretty much finished. The site focuses on recipes.

I'm a bit stuck as to where I go next. The site is indexed by google, but Im not sure how to carry out SEO.

I've read a few threads on here and some E-books, but I still cannot seem to get my head round it.

If anyone has skype and would be avaiable for a ten minutes chat just so I could ask a few quesiton that would be great, or any geenral help you guys can offer would be great. As far as I understand, I basically write some articles sumbit them to article directories etc, post on similar blogs with my link back to my site?

I'm a content writer by trade so would be happy to potentially offer some sort of trade / some free content if someone can help me out.

    Thanks a lot,

    Hello weirdali,
I have two great resources to share with you.

This will help you kickstart your site's on-site and off-site optimization.

I can myself help you with a bespoke marketing plan. You'd be able to identify best spots (Advertising space with your targeted audience) to market your product/ service. With free reporting, you'll additionally be able to track results in realtime.

I'd need your Skype id/ gtalk id/ phone number to discuss further.

Great job on getting this far! Half the battle is getting good content up. :)

Check out this tool that can help you find relevant blogs to guest post on.

Also, check out these networks that might be helpful: and

Edit: Be careful that you don't consume too much information may suffer from information overload and you'll get nowhere. Keep it simple at first. As you learn and improve, tackle the more complex stuff then.

    Good luck to you!
