I created a non-lurking account on this forum on July 24th, 2012. I began working hard on getting multiple approaches/ventures off the ground a couple days prior. I was over-eager and wanted to give up pretty much as soon as I started, but...I made my first $6 today. By my math, that breaks down to something like 10 cents an hour working-wage. Haha! I'd just like to say thank you to everybody I've PM'd who helped answer any questions I had. Thank you to everyone who provided informative responses in the couple threads I posted. I'm stoked and hopefully things start to pick up (if not slowly. slow and steady wins the race, right?). Right now, given my novice-like state, the best advice I can offer is to not give up. Read up. Learn lots. 10 cents an hour is ridiculously low and I'm glad I didn't give up. I'll keep on keeping on. I hope to contribute as much as I can sooner than later, but for now, I am definitely still just in the learning phase.
