Hey guys, just wanted to post my experiences with Fiverr. I joined one month ago yesterday, and have made $100 with one gig (actually two gigs with slight variation). I just wanted to post my success so hopefully some people who are struggling making their first amounts of money online are inspired to start using Fiverr and start making money.
I'm not going to tell you my niche, sorry. But i can tell you that you you sir, are an internet marketer. You are registering for Fiverr to make money, and the way you make money is through your different IM services. Offer those services to other IMers who are too lazy to do them themselves.
Seriously, you read all the eBooks and rehashed crap about Fiverr, but the most important thing to take from those books is the fact that you need to offer a service that takes x amount of time, and 60 mins divided by x MUST be a reasonable hourly wage.
For example, my gig takes about 10 to 20 mins to do. This is pretty reasonable, i am making $15 to $30 an hour with my gig. Pick something worth your time, so you can make some good money.
My next point is something I want you guys to help me out with. Yesterday I Google searched my gig, and someone else's gig came up as the FIRST result on Google. Hmm. That made me think, what is this guy doing that I'm not. He must have links from different sites pointing to his gig. Really, your fiverr advertisement is just like any other advertisement. Some people will find your gig, but if you put a little bit of work on getting some traffic to your gig, that's when "word of mouth" referrals and lots of commissions for you start coming in.
So with this I leave you with a few questions. How much are you making a month with Fiverr? Are you doing anything to *SEO* your gig? If you're not making money on Fiverr, why the *blam* not?
