On the recommendation of a fellow bhw (not mention any names but he I think he autoblogging expert) I assign up with lunarpages. With that out of the way, here it goes

I register travelescape.com on 2-25-2009 with lunarpages with the hosting. I was planning to do some autobloggin because etc. Any way I got busy, because the birth of my daughter and my job (14 hour days just at the job) and have no time to work on the domain.

I tried to login in today, travelescape went to a place with lots of ads etc.

    Contacted support

They told me the whois info
me: so that means you sold me a fake domain

    Me: (from invoice)

Then they say i just have hosting and not the domain. I said I got the free domain when i got the hosting.

also got all the emails they sent. You think I can win any money or anything

so what can I do. how do i report them

Wait. Did they sell you the domain? or did you just sign up with them with that domain?

Never heard any complaints about em. Call them and ask to clear the disputes. it might be an error from them. just a simple issue.

I would try contacting them via phone, online support sometimes doesn't get you anywhere.

yes but you should do it quickly before they tried to edit the page saying that they never said that. My response is dont say you will do something and dont do it. Go and make a case against them it plainly say's Free domain with purchase. And basically if they are selling fake domain names can you imagine the package your actually paying might not actually be what your paying for. Its written plainly there on your website. Just be quick before they tried to reword their packages

but they gave me a domain that was already registered to somebody else, since 1999.

I asked for my money back, but the billing dept is closed until monday.

I also report it to icann

NO! You chose a domain that had already been taken since 1999. It's not the webhosts responsability to choose a domain name for you. Next time choose a name that is vacant.

    you are wrong capt

When you sign up for a domain. They say pick a domain, if it is registered. then it would say please choose another domain.

It will not let you register a domain that is register already
