In last 2 months all my pins have really low views. I create video and image pins and see same stuff. Every pin is a fresh with new image/video. I know that Pinterest change something but I cant figure out what to do. Do you have same experience?

They've changed the algorithms.
Before I used to have 3K+ impressions within the first hour of uploading the pin... now it barely passes 100 - 200 views.
Try to increase your follower count to secure higher impressions.
