Low or High As Competition Keywords

So I'm looking at keywords via the Google Adwords Keyword Tool.

I find two keywords with completely identical stats, same inurl: same " " numbers. All the figures are the same.

They're both in similar information niches.

One has High competition for ads and the other low.


Which is the most attractive to a seasoned Keyword researcher?

from Google Adwords you would like to get keywords what have high competiton - this means more advertisers for this keyword.

When you are looking for competing websites, then you would like to get low competition.

well....if it google keyword tool says it's less competitive, then it's easier to rank....i would choose that one first
