Low follow back rate

I'm using TSupremacy as Twitter bot, but I get a very low follow back rate.

These are my settings:
Profile picture: No default
Tweets: 50 - 5000
Following: 50 - 5000
Followers: 50 - 5000
Last tweet: 1 day
Follow ratio: 1
Unfollowed & My followers: Yes (not following people I already follow/people I have unfollowed before)

I follow 3500 people in the same niche (funny accounts) with 4 accounts. I only get about 350 follow backs. (sometimes even less)

Can anyone help me get more follow backs? My accounts are all just good-looking accounts. High quality profile picture, header and biography. They all have about 500 followers now.

Try getting a more "catchy" looking profile pic, better profile pics can help.

I has do something with the settings. I have tried this on Tweepi and I got a lot more follow backs (with the same profile picture ect)
