Low competition Local Keyword revealed!

Hi there
A very simple question to fellow BHWers. Please check the attached screenshot. The keyword has potential to be ranked on the first page easily but it seems too much of a fairy tail as it has a large amount of traffic.
Can I make a blogger or blogspot blog and try to rank this keywork with 2-3 good articles and on page SEO?

You betta go for domain and then rank it or you go for youtube video

how u can suggest it is not easy? the keyword difficulty of AHrefs is not reliable?

No keyword difficulty tool is reliable, to find out difficulty you need to dig deep into how "authorative" your competitors are, how many links, how strong links, and content length and probably another 100 factors. After a while, you can get a sense of what is easy and what isn't at the first sight, though.

As far as the manual research is concerned the competition of this keyword on first page is not very strong. Can you suggest any method to rank this Low competition keyword? I am also willing to buy any tools to learn ranking keywords starting from these simple ones. Refer to below snapshot. A step by step guide is appreciated. ( sorry for being a noob )
