Last year when I was at the peak of my SEO research a went out and bought a big bunch of UMDs which are relevant to my industry, either by finding a tail search term for a big competitor or an industry related key term...I did nothing with them.

I am signing a lot of them off but keeping the .co.uk domains. Can someone with experience tell me what they think would be best for these? I need the quickest and least time consuming method. Note to hand I have Indian teams who can do manual work if needed and also article writers (although these are not cheap)

The main aim for me would be to plough power to one money site....or any other suggestions again.

    Thanks in advance

You got 3 options with those domains:

    1. Turn them into blog networks.
    2. Throw them away and save some $ on your yearly renewal fees (because it's going to cost you a lot which I can assume around $10/domain)
    3. Use them as buffer sites (backlink to those websites -> redirect to your main domain)

Domains are only worth anything if:

    1) You make them into a useful site OR

    2) The domain name matches a term someone really wants and they pay a high price for it.

Other than that, let them expire or monetize them, because by themselves they're not worth very much.
