It looks like Google has some issue with update because it shows some unrelated results.

You can wait for a few more days and check the results. Perform a backlink audit and if you find any links from unwanted sources, disavow them. Also, fix if any of the links were broken and check out the competitor's rankings and strategies.
If needed update the existing pages. Publish more quality articles and build links from legit websites for more authority.

Analysis your backlink profile. And see is there any toxic backlinks created or not. And try to rebuild internal link silo structure.

May be that's cause of niche you targeting, check your competitors if they seem to have same issue then you need to wait and stop adding new articles let the existing articles get the traffic , once its done you can start by adding 3-5 articles per week.

It looks like Google has some issue with the results on some topics because it replaced all the sites with wikipedia, twitter, reddit, facebook, etc.

I would recommend to wait for the Core update to fully roll out to draw conclusions. At the moment I can see rankings are extremely volatile and I'm not making any sudden major changes until its fully rolled out
