Lost gold subscription

Hello guys, I kept an account on the theme of the store on Twitter and bought a gold check there, it took 4-5 hours and it just disappeared, without emails and notifications, as if I had not bought it. I repeated the same on another account and the same thing happened. I have bought gold ticks before and everything was fine. Does anyone know what's going on and how to solve it? It started in August. I wrote to support from these two accounts and they told me to just wait.
