Lost 10.5 Kgs (23 odd pounds) in 33 days. 10 more Kgs to go.

That ratio gives you 260 grams of fat burned per 2000 calories. I don't believe it to be correct.

The calories in one kilogram of fat are not the same as the calories you burn, because they are affected by different variables.
1 Kg of fat = 7700 calories/
In the long run, he will be WAY LESS HEALTHIER. And this weight loss isn't sustainable either.
Time will tell if this is true.
I kind of think he exaggerated it (Nah, he possibly inflated numbers). Cause loosing 15 kg every month is an incredible feet. You have to eat healthy, and work out all the time, I would say 3 times a day with 2-3 hour sessions.
I walk for 4.5 hours a day.
Dude, he's talking about consuming less than 1000 calories a day. That is one-third to one-fourth, the recommended daily requirement.

Over that, he is NOT indulging in any exercises - there is absolutely no muscle growth. All of his caloric burn is happening through walking. WALKING 30,000 Steps a day.

You need a caloric deficit to lose weight. But this is CRASH DIETING. And this will absolutely cause way more harm to OP than he thinks.
My maintenance calories are 2250 so your math is wrong.

Less than 1000 is definitely close to one third of 2250.

You really need to consult a nutritionist and/or a trainer. You'll end up causing more harm to yourself.

This is coming from someone who has lost 33 kgs in the past 3 years.

Crash Diets seldom end well.

Other than that, I have no skin in the game. I'll show myself out.

How many meals do you eat per day? And what kind of food?

Go easy on your knees, especially if they hurt after walking.

I eat like milk and oats and egg whites mostly with some low calorie veggies spread out evenly around the day with small potions. Yeah, legs do heart a bit but I take ample rest.

It's total disaster.
btw. you know that milk is useless and harm for 90% adult?

I am a health coach. To be honest, your approach isn't right. It's doable for temporary fast results. But, it's not sustainable in the long run and not advisable too for overall health sake. After a while, start strength training and bump up your calories gradually. Walking, as per your comfort, you can continue.

This.

It's a starvation diet with excessive walking (if those numbers are to be believed).

OP: Your body is burning muscle as much as fat.

1k calories is wayyy too low. Worry more about portion control and cutting carbs and sugar. That is why you hit a wall IMO

Update(s):
1.) I have gotten past my plateau and am at 85.7 Kgs at the moment.
2.) I have increased my calories to 1300 and have reduced the amount of walking being done in line with what you guys suggested in this thread.
3.) Have also started mild weight training for biceps and shoulders.
4.) My weight will become normal after losing 2.3 Kgs more in terms of BMI so Yay!

Hi guys!

So I started with a weight of 97.9 and ended up at 87.4 Kgs today. My secret to this is eating below 1000 calories and walking 21 Km daily. But the thing here is that the math of it isn't adding up. 1 kg of fat means 7700 calories and I think I lost some extra weight. Whatever, my goal weight is 77. Lets see how much time it takes to reach there. Right now I have plateaued at 87.4 from the last 3 days. Wish me luck fellas!
stuck at 600pounds, any tips?

@lucky.sparks he's eating 1000 calories. That's bad for hormones. It can drive someone nuts.

It's total disaster.

Milk is 600 calories a liter and it's protein. I haven't found lactose intolerance but maybe it destroyed me long time ago. :D

But the problem is he's trying to lose weight.

Which makes no sense to drink calories instead of eating them.

Oats is just carbohydrates. It's okay, but useless too at that insane deficit.

Consult a doctor. ASAP. Mental health on your side isn't promising any good.

Lost 2 kg in 2 months lol.
I also need to eat less and keep myself on starvation.
But I want to loose in such a way I get all the energy required without any deficiency

I'm 84 kg and lifting 6 times a week. 20 km a day. And I eat 150g of protein in 3700 kcal.

:)

84 kg and 3700 kcal.

i can cut to 75 kg eating 3000 kcal.

Beat that.
