to make it clear, i checked the link on twitter using different proxies and it's working fine, people from 3rd world countries are all saying that they see an error when they click the link, the people from first world countries are clicking without a problem but 5% of the people from the first world countries are saying that they can't access the website as well, what's the problem? is there something that i can do to solve this problem and make the website accessible for everyone on earth?

Meanwhile, people from first-world countries are able to access the link without issue, but a small percentage (5%) are also experiencing difficulty.
