Losing thousands to some super low converting survey site

I'm losing thousands of visitors from Google and Youtube to some horribly low converting survey site. It SUCKS!

I'm using offers that are for US traffic only and all outside traffic is getting redirected to that "you fail at life" survey website.

How do you handle this?
I want to redirect the traffic myself so I don't lose them.

I think I need some kind of database with an ip chart so that the script can figure out where the visitor is from and something like that.

Does anyone have a ready made script for this?
Or how do you guys do it?

Just google 'IP2Location' database. You will find one on R$hare.

Upload it to a DB (MySQL in my case) then when a visitor comes in just look up their IP range and get the corresponding country code.

Redirct to a relevant offer for that country.
