Any of you guys wanna look leaner this summer?

I'm finding the best way to trick my body eating less is through zero calorie drinks. You are indeed less hungry if you consume them strategically throughout the day. My favorites:

- Black espresso or with stevia
- Coca Cola Light or Zero

I find that when I get that ice cream craving late at night, replacing it with a zero calorie drink almost always does the trick and curbs hunger!
 
I rather eat a carrot than getting some Coca Cola Light or Zero that tastes shit, and don´t get me started on stevia who the fck in their right mind use that crap. Straight black espesso is nice though.
 
Black espresso is ok, but light coke nope, better dring regular coke is the same :D drink water before any meal it really work, you eat less and fill full without eating too much, I quit coke and I already feel the difference, lemonade or orange juice before going to sleep are also good ;)
 
If you crave ice cream you can try halo they are low calorie and high proteins
 
The best thing I've found is fasting.

I try to have OMAD (one meal a day) but being addicted to sugar free energy drinks puts a hamper on the fast.

So ideally I'd have the drink with the meal but alas I ain't perfect.

Seems to help keep the fat off.
 
My way, I lost a lot, and did not gain again: eat at least 500g vegetables before your "real" meal. Reduce carbs, absolutely no sugar and highly processed food. And sport. Doesn't sound like an easy way, right ;) ? For compensation some fruits or those protein yogurts with artificial sugar.
 
So I lost a lot of body fat in the past two years. I can confirm it's all about the diet that you follow and the cardio you do. 40% diet and 60% cardio/weight training worked for me.

Also It's the mindset - Make sure you don't demoralize your efforts of workout. Always think that you are making progress with diet and your training.

I eat clean food. Low Carbs, no sugar, No supplements, all natural. Run 1 Hour (2 X 30 Minutes) a day on my treadmill and watch tiktok while doing it. Follow a workout schedule. I pretty much lost my fat in first six month and got in shape. After that It was all a habit. I rarely crave for sugar or oily food. Even if I eat burgers, fries, pizza etc. I know I can easily burn them all with the workout.
 
I used to be in a good shape 2 years ago. Activate gym, healthy diet and the whole shebang.

Then life got a bit hard and while hustling I ignored my health and I started feeling like shit. Fat percentage rose from 14 to 27, weight from 70kg to 80.

The thing I realised is, going all in on working is not necessarily a smart move cause after a while it starts to affect your work too and you don't feel like working at all. Then you feel like shit for not doing anything and eat more to feel better and the negative cycle continues.

Started talking care of my self from past few weeks now, a long way to go but I already feel much better.

I've been doing several things:
1. Progressive overload training. This will help you to get stronger fast.
2. Abs and cardio every other day. Core and heart needs to be strong af.
3. Using bicycle whenever I can.
4. Fasting once every week.
5. Bought a standing desk and started to work standing.
6. Sticking to morning and evening habits to guide body to sleep better.
Edit: 7. No softdrinks, no caffeine and minimal sugar consumption

brooooooo. Coke zero is the closest thing to a sugerless cola I have ever liked. I occasionally order it specially when I am craving some cola. I dunno if it is stevia (it shouldn’t be, since it doesn’t taste bitter atall), but that thing tastes refreshing somehow. I cannot explain why I like it. I probably like It because of the caffeine? I dunno, try it out. You won’t be disappointed. It’s not the sweetest thing on earth, but it does taste good.
 
jus get some fat burners and dont eat much, easy.

Be careful. Zero drinks are not well studied. Some doctors says they can lead to diabetes and overweight as result, even they are 0 calories
