Hi, In december i started a legimite business using paypal as the way to pay. It is a shop online. I also use wordpress and woocommerce for sales.
Now, i think that might be enough information about the system.
My problem is that even though i sell good (4-10) per day. I still have alot of people that gets listed as failed payment. They type in their name, address and everything that is needed and they proceed with paypal, however it is between the checkout and going to the paypal payment page and actually confirming the payment it seems to be a problem.
Has anybody had the same problem?
I feel that i might be loosing alot of sales. (44) failed last week making me "loose" an income of 2640$. in just one week.
Any thoughts?
