Paid and got the account, brought my accounts over with my domains from another hoster. So far so good. Top notch customer service that went beyond (had some hiccups but got it together). It is messenger based but they respond within 8 hours (time change I'm sure). They got my site set up and working with no probs.

I purchased earlier today but I can't access my account. There is no email received about the service that I bought, I ignored it thinking that maybe the email confirmation is delayed. Also tried logging in but can't get through. Tried resetting password but no reset email received. What is happening?

I just purchased the service. I don't know what happened but I wasn't able to receive the service that I bought. Reached op to help me address the issue but was only able to get 1 response a day from him. Tried opening a ticket as suggested by op but 20 hours have passed and I receive no response from the support team. Had to file a dispute on PayPal to get back my money. Overall, the support quality is very poor in my experience. I'm not sure about the actual service since I wasnt be able to test it at all.
