Today Visited one of my websites (a portal) related to the forex market in Spanish in IE and Chrome gives a warning of malicious software in the site.
The site was reported by someone of the competition :).
They are Scared. I outranked them just for 3 keywords out of 100s of combinations.

WTF do I do to remove the site warning now? Contact google?
    Advise needed

Hmmm....I do not think that Google puts up a warning unless they verify that there is a problem. You really need to be positive that your site is clean.

There should be a link on the warning page telling you how to get your site removed once you are positive it is clean. You need to follow the procedure and notify Google that your site is now clean and they will check it. However if you report it clean and they find something when they check it you are screwed as it will take quite awhile to get a clean bill of health the second time around.

I actually did what you said, and today the site is ok, there was no virus or malware whatsoever and I did notify G. they did all fast. Do they have robots? ;)
