lookng for niche website website?

hai frinds here iam looking for all of your advice
i am a websmaster from India.i would like to create niche adsense website using wordpress sites. i have came up with forum post they are saying that i haver to take different c block ips addresses
for all my websites Even there are in Different topics:
Online Degrees, Insurance, loans, Dating Etc
and i want to clarigy that i dont want to interlink them
Do i rellay need to host all of my websites in different c blok addresses if i need to host on seperate c block ips then what i have to take Shared or Dedicated c block ips . do i need kee doamin name privbate while i am registering i want to rank in google.com for us tragetted
i f any body can help me in this doubt
and also i want to know what are the ways to generate USA traffic to all my websites except PPC thanks in advance

I can't really give you an answer because I'm a little confused at what you're asking and that definitely isn't my area of expertise, but there' no need to make the same post in many sections. Just post it once in the most relevant section and you'll get a response.It just clutters the board in a bunch of sections.
