    Hi,

I have a site that is about 5 months old which I only recently put some work into as I optimized it for a c p a offer that brings in about $32 per lead. However, as life and the rent comes knocking on my door I need to sell it to bring in some quick cash. I want to ask if you guys think $300 is reasonable.

The site use caffeine content atm but I can add about 5 or 10 posts of original content as well. I also did a senuke run for it as well as a submission to myarticlenetwork with a seed article written by me and it has had 100% acceptance on sites so that means it has about 17 links and growing every day just from myarticlenetwork. It also has a hubpage pointing to it. It has received about 35 uniques since the beginning of december, so i know it isn't much but any input would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks a million.

This depends on the traffic you get and the amount the site makes per month.. If you are consistently making say X dollars per month then you can probably sell it for 6 times that amount..

    Hope that helps

That's the thing though, that it isn't making any money yet or I probably wouldn't have sold it lol... Oh, and it's a .info domain as well. I just want to put all the facts out there so I can get a reasonable assessment. Thanks again.

Hi, It's been my experience that it's gonna be hard to convince someone to buy a website based on potential earnings.

The .info extension doesn't help much either.

However, anything is possible. You just have to find the right buyer who thinks your site is worth $300. I hope you are an excellent salesperson. Maybe try listing at n00b forums and auction sites.

Then the going is tough dude.. Do one thing, go to flippa and browse through the listings.. Look for a site that is similar to yours and see how much it is fetching.. When you are listing your site, stress on the advantages - backlinks, good earning potential etc.

I have another suggestion for you. Create few videos related to your niche. They don't have to be fancy.. Put some pictures as slides, watermark with your site info and put a solid call to action in the last slide. Point to your site in description as well.. Then use TubeMogul to post all the videos to multiple video sites.. This shouldn't take more than 3-4 hours ... The results Instant Backlinks and traffic, which could prove very valuable when you are selling your site

    Hope that helps,
