Looking to reign hell on an employee that almost ruined my company and stole all of my clients and employees.

I hired an employee that was strategically ruining my company by slowly reaching out to my employees and clients to undercut my prices, acting like they were helping out my clients because the service that they were getting Wasn't good..... yet they were the ones running the accounts and ruining them. We have both of them caught on nearly everything and are piecing together the last few pieces of evidence for a lawsuit. While that is happening i would like to ruing them and put as much stress on their life as they cause me. Their business runs off of telegram and whatsapp, so i would like to ban those accounts. I would like to hire a robo caller to just consistently call their phones so they cant pick up. I am also, interested in any suggestions i can do to make their life as difficult as possible as how they made mine. They led me into a deep depression and i finally got out of it until one of my friends companies she did the same thing too. I looked into her and found out that shes done this with multiple companies before this.

your mistake was to give them the keys to your business while you were doing nothing.
Thought everything was running on autopilot while your employee was thirsty and managed to get ahead with the info.

You would just waste time and money trying to hurt this employee of yours. SO my best bet is to get up and running again and don't make this mistake again.
Simply make more money and keep going.
 
Going the vendetta way while tempting, usually ends badly and ultimately makes you dwell on it even longer. If you do choose to go that way, pursue legal means only as by doing both it could cast shade on your case. You could also try notifying any other potential companies they might go to after.

Reigning hell or trying to get revenge will not fare well with an ongoing or pending lawsuit. I know it must be frustrating right now, and maybe you are venting, but the best thing to do is let this play out in court. Also, start another business and never let anyone have the keys to what you are doing, just the peripheral or knowledge on a need-to-know basis. I wish you the best of luck.

OF Agency. Basically messed up clients accounts by restricting fans and then blaming it on the chat team and bringing them to her own agency

LOL. no i caught wind of this quickly but even with the software i had it was impossible to track who it was. I fired all quickly and moved on without a crazy amount of damage other then me going through it not trusting anyone on my team. It wasnt till i found out they did it to multiple companies and are now getting sued, that i want to just bother them.... whatsapp bans IG Bans. Nonstop robo calls, anything to add to the stress of getting sued. I never am on autopilot and have checks and balances for all of my companies. Main reason I even care is i gave these girls so many opportunities that none of my employees ever got while getting paid wayyyyy more then they should of.
 
I'm sure you have time to waste on that instead of building your business.

If be eating my time that way too as burning negative energy, as opposed to letting legal handle it so it takes longer to fix the internal issues, building my business and making money.

It is only a colossal waste of time, energy and resources.
 
Been right were you are, I just now finished up a DMCA suit over a guy who stole my whole website.
GOt $250,000 in damiges, pretty snazzy.

Revenge? Ruin their life forever?

Pffff, they have to pay me more money then they actually got from stealling my shit.

Revenge? CHECK!
Won the Lawsuit while staying the good guy? CHECK!
Got quarter of a mill in damages (which are not taxable by the way) CHECK!

Do what I did, keep working on your business, let the lawyers do their thing and collect in 5-6 months in full.
 
revenge is a waste of time and money but if one was to hypothetically go down this road I’d suggest hiring cheap VAs to harass the person 24/7 but I rather spend that money on a vacation or charity or anything else personally.

Nothing wrong with venting and bit of war game fun though.
