hey guys Please share your experiences with me with company registrations in a few different nations.

I want to sign up with

USA
UK
Canada
Switzerland
Australia
New Zealand
Sweden
Singapore

I saw many of t hem recommend USA for - Wyoming

So, where are they based, your buddy?

USA Wyoming we have had a business there for years, also New Mexico and we used to have one in Delaware.
We also have UAE company too.
 
In Bosnia and Herzergovina you can open company easily. You need to have 1 employee, when you doing services and invoice for other countires you don't pay any tax (if you do invoice to Bosnian company you need to charge extra 17%). In terms of profit, you pay 10% tax and that's all.

If your "buddy" don´t like taxes, don´t open a company in Sweden. Otherwise, here is all you need to know.

no problem for tax the requirement is to grab PR or freelance visa
 
You might consider Georgia country.
Easy to open company, low taxes and employees salaries...
