    Hey gang, looking to promote a legit real estate site to get top G**gle rankings locally in a few certain cities, looking for advice from you all, looking to rank for keywords like (the city name) rental properties, Sacramento Rent To Own, Sacramento Lease Options, Sacramento For Sale By Owner, etc.

    I don't know enough about linkfarm to know if that would be a good fit for me, but I don't want to get the site banned in Google and I only want local traffic in my area since I can't help someone in New York when I am in California

    Any advise on where to go to get someone who is really good at this type of work? Or any good recommended tools I could utilize?

    I posted an add on GAF, most people want $150 a month, but you don't know how good that they really are

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated, love this forum and love all the advice I have gotten, this is a bit diff than the normal blackhat advice I come here for, but figured you all with be able to help me with this as well

    Cheers! :D

    you didn't pick a very compeditive niche did you! LOL

    You better come up with something unique because that is a saturated market. Also, here in the U.S. the Housing market is down and will get worse. Maybe you should switch to rentals. Come up with something unique if you want to make money.

    Talking about real estate economics, when the housing market is down, the rental market will be up, making it much more saturated ;-p.

    @OP

    I'm actually about the start working on the exact same project as you, and I intent on going about promotion the same way I would with every other whitehat-ish site - social bookmarkings (thanks to BMD), blog commenting, linkwheels (or horseshoes - thanks to CasinoJack), outsource some article rewrites for article directory submission, etc.
