    Hello everyone :)

As time passed soon i will have to pay taxes and our goverment here is crazy (Greece).
If you are not working for someone here and you are a professional somewhere they get more than 30% of your profits + other taxes on almost everything and you end up losing near to 40% every year.

This is crazy and i am getting sick as long as i think about it.

I had some convs with some friends, family members, and people from a tax office (but of course they were telling me to go the Greek route and pay my taxes here for everything) and now i am researching online for everything.

I talk to a Cyprus based company because a family member works there and they tell me to do a plan with an offshore company at cyprus and a bank account somewhere else.
Everything seems quite good but i want to hear some experience from people running companies offshore.

I compare costs and everything and i see cyprus as one of the highest priced ones.
I also read about tax heavens like seychelles with 0% tax (Cyprus has 12.5% and an average of 2500e cost every year + VAT + a lot of bookkeeping) and with all the websites i came across i really feel like i dont want to take the wrong decision.

Sorry if my post is kinda confusing.
Any help will be much appreciated from your personal experience :)

Why do you need a company in Greece? You're into offline or online business?

    Online business.
I need to show where i get the money every year.

If an offshore company (mine) pays me-my mother-my friend i can get the money this way and if the payments are low there is no tax at all.
If i do all these here without a company as i said i will pay more than 40% to taxes and other silly laws here :/

What i am looking from this thread is:

Find which company someone worked with
The pros and cons and what to be aware of

I am mostly want to hear from peoples experience and what they faced after the creation (any extra-hidden frees or something else)

    Good Afternoon,

My name is Dominic and I work for a Gibraltar based company providing corporate services. We provide incorporation's of international business companies (IBC?s) primarily in Gibraltar where we have our head office, but also in many other tax efficient jurisdictions around the world, such as Delaware, Seychelles, BVI, Nevis, Panama and Belize to name just a few.

Would you like to PM me an email address so we could have a chat, I'm sure we can help?

I would give you my details on here but I have to be careful with rules on this website.

    Thank you.

Someone that classifies any part of the US as tax efficient would make me leery. US companies incorporate in Delaware for privacy, it's no more "tax efficient" than any other part of the US.
