Is there any Romanians here... I plan on visiting for around 30 to 60 to seek out investment opportunities.

Where are some good spots to stay in Bucharest for fluent English speakers?

I was born in Romania but moved out since then. To be honest I haven't invested in Romania much but you should look into countries like Singapore, UK, Dubai and USA to invest. Depending in what area you looking for to invest. But always diversify.
