Looking to invest

I do have a few guidelines.

Must live in the United States for legalities.
Must be able to provide proof of identity and willing to put agreements and other arrangements in writing.
Provide a residual return. I am not looking to loan someone $5000 for a return of $5200.
Can get started within 7 days of the investment and see a return within less than 90 days.
Nothing adsense related, EPN, Amazon, etc.
Must have a plan with a timeline.

Would like to see something more physical where money isn't being invested in something intangible, but I am up for ideas.

I may agree to infuse more of an investment if there is proof of a return.

Most of my other terms are loose.

The competitors that do offer something similar offer it mostly as a tangent to their core business and have priced it out of reach for many area businesses.
