Looking to hookup with Good Ebayer/seller I am a clothing source in Vietnam

I am an american doing business in Vietnam. I recently tried to start selling clothes from ebay in Vietnam my current residence but because my ebay is a usa based ebay it got indefinitely banned. I guess ebay doesn't like me selling clothes to usa from Vietnam The clothes I sale are not fakes or knocks offs just regular plain jane stuff but good quality better quality then chinese stuff and so cheap its easy to get 20-150 orders per days with a big enough commission for myself and you the seller. My MOQ is 1000 and depending on what shirt,hat,shorts, or pants range around .50-2usd per piece its pretty easy to sale on ebay or craigslist or your site for 5-10usd so there is room for money. Also I can help with craigslist promotion to get more sales. There are tons of factories in Vietnam And im here locally so I can get prices pictures etc... shipping should be cheap clothes can go in a big envelope or bag and are not fragile, also will look into tracking number costs as I know this is a safeguard for paypal users or customers trying to scam and say there order never came.
