Looking to hire - YouTube SEO, Marketing, Ranking expert

I'm a recording artist & music business expert. I'm looking to (organically) build my fan base on YouTube & I think a good way to do that is to partner with a YouTube/Google SEO expert that can get my videos ranked high for competitive keywords.

I recently paid a Fiverr "expert" $185 for the project, but the results we're very disappointing & saw absolutely no results, I figure looking on here would be a smarter investment.
