Looking to grow TikTok clients through any real growth methods

Looking to grow TikTok clients through any real growth methods for my clients who are all mostly musicians.
The goal would be 30 to 40 followers per day.
I am open to any process that would not require logging in to the client's account.

I have a channel that's been active for a month with 10 million views and 100 thousand followers.
The content is about health.
Here's the method I use:
1- I upload four videos every day.
2- I go to the TikTok advertising account and search for hashtags related to my industry in Arab countries.
3- I enter the hashtags in TikTok's search application and use the filter option to sort by like count.I re-create videos similar to the ones that got over a million views last year, preferably in a different dialect.
4- I try to find influencers who consistently get over a million views on their videos and mimic their style and content, preferably in a different dialect or language.
