My PayPal account became limited with $120 sitting on it. I obviously can't spend any of it. I was complaining over on a different forum and they sent me here because apparently a couple guys unlock PayPal accounts for a share of the account balance.
It says this when I log in:
Your account has been limited for more than 180 days. It will continue to be limited but you now have the ability to withdraw funds.
Sep. 2, 2008: Unusual account activity has made it necessary to limit account access until additional verification information can be collected.
Apparently, to get my account unlimited I need to add a bank account, add a credit card, and confirm my location. I can't do any of these.
So if anyone can be of service, please let me know! I am willing to share a percentage of the remaining money with whoever can get this unlocked!
