december was a good month so im thinking i might buy a new tool to play with.

Im torn though. Zennoposter or something else like wp robot or AMR or ??? all different i know but ive got some cash to play with what do you think is the most usefull looking forward?

Im thinking zennoposter but the trial is very limited so im not sure how usefull it will be in the long run. theres no captcha or email support in the trial.

I use senuke and scrapebox at the moment for back links and ultimate niche finder & market samuri for keyword stuff which is doing ok.

Are you looking for an SEO tool, a keyword tool, a submission tool etc? ;)

I'd say WP Robot is always pretty handy to have.

Sounds to me like you just want to buy a tool for the sake of buying one - not because you actually need it.

it depends on your goals. What do you want to achieve and how much are you willing to spend etc.. you have to be more specific ;)

ok so to be more specific. yes i am probably looking to buy something for the sake of it but it still needs to be usefull in the long run ;)

few hundred $ or so if its a one off payment.

i mentioned wp robot because this time last year i was going to buy it but couldnt afford it lol but now i can im not sure how usefull it is. i hear autoblogging a lot more difficult these days.

im leaning towards zenno its just the trial is too limiting so im not sure how usefull it really is for account creation but its always nice to hear other suggestions as theres surely tools im not aware of.

just want something new to play with for a bit :)

Don't buy a tool or app just to buy one. Refocus or expand on the existing tools you have, or find some new methods to explore, or learn a programming language or something along those lines. You mentioned ScrapeBox - there's *always* new stuff you can learn to do with it for example.

I would suggest Ubot - latest updates have stabilised the problems of the past and to be honest, I'm quite happy using it again. Get Ubot, then make the bots that imitate the other tools that you have mentioned in the original post.

Dont just buy any tool, no matter how good that tool it.
Buy a tool that fulfill your specific needs.
So first define your plan of action and then find suitable tools to accomplish it.

Seems like nobody thinks logically like this anymore. People just buy stuff for the sake of buying it.

Honestly, if you have senuke and scrapebox then I wouldn't waste time buying any other tools. I'd spend the money on some high pr domains.

    Yup
Software like scrapebox, senukex and xrumer may take a great deal of time to learn using them. If you have any of them then try to explore the complete power of it.

Just search the forum for scrapebox tutorial and you will be amaze to find what ppl have accomplished with it.

Agree about mastering sb first (not sure it is possible), however there is nothing wrong with trying something new...think about where you want to play...twitter, YouTube, blogs, Facebook? That might be one thing to define first. I think power comes when learning how to mix it up a bit.

Well to be honest I own all of them. Scrapebox, Ubot, BMD, Xrumer, LFE, and in this day and age I rarley use any of them aside from scrapebox.

That's not to say that none of the tools work well at what they do, but there's just many more cost/time effective ways of doing seo these days.

    Yup..
If you consider cost vr time thing, then best thing is to outsource the link building.

Fiverr has made life easy.. :D:D:D

Well that depends a lot on your goals and your interests. PHP is a really good language to know in general, you can create your own plugins and other things for starters. There's also a lot to be said for javascript, C# or .NET. You might want to look at Jeff Heaton's books on coding bots (jeffheaton dot com), he has one on writing web bots in C# and another on writing them in java.

And yeah, both zenno and ubot could have their uses, not trying to muddy your waters a bunch more but if you have some coding experience you could learn either of them fairly quickly (my vote personally between those two would go to ZP, you can use pieces of PHP, C#, and javascript with ZP is one of my main reasons for saying that).

Either way, in general you're better off rolling your own stuff than relying on tools that often become outdated or broken by the services they attempt to hit.
