Looking for Youtube Subs & Views for multiple clients

I'm looking for a good price provider who can provide YT Subs & Views (International) for some of my clients,
The provider should accept PayPal,

A test is mandatory to check the quality of the subs and views (1K Subs min and 2K Views).

unfortunately, I don't use Paypal for my real and non-drop subscribers. I recently gave out subs free in Freebies section.
