    Hey,

I'm currently building amazon review sites and SEO'ing them. You can follow my progress on my journey thread here http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...year-1-15k-mo-search-engine-optimization.html

I build some sites myself, and others I've started hiring writers. I have a small budget, so I can only hire 1 writer at a time.

I would like to expand faster than my budget and time allow.

With that in mind I have a great opportunity for anyone who can write. Average, decent, good writers. As long as you can write legible content you're good enough.

Right now I have a dozen niches ready to go and I can find new low competition niches easily. If I spend an hour looking I can find at least 2-3 good niches.

What I need from you :-

    Write content.

Nothing more. I'll give you article titles and keywords. All you have to do is write in your favorite editor and send across to me.

I'll take care of keyword research, hosting, building the site, site structure, images, internal linking. Everything.

In exchange for writing the content I'll give you lifetime 25% earnings on any sites you write for. I'll give you access to rank tracking and screen sharing every month on my amazon account.

You don't have to know anything about SEO, web design, keyword research, niches, amazon or anything at all to do with IM. You don't even have to be a greater writer. If your content is crap I'll just do the homepage article myself and the reviews/blog will be your content, and if your content is good then you'll do the homepage. I'm flexible. I just want to scale up fast.

This is a nice opportunity for complete noobs to get some multiple streams of automated income. Unlike writing articles for money where you'll just get one time payments and have to keep working, by working with me on this you'll get income for potentially years. Any sites I sell I'll give you 25% of the profits. You won't get a say in whether or not I sell it or keep it, but if I keep it you'll get 25% of profits every month, and if I sell it you get 25% of the profit of the sale.

You'll also learn about SEO, on-page optimization + offpage, site structure, IM and anything else related to this. You'll have access to the sites and I'll share with you what I'm doing, so you'll be able to work on your own sites after a while.

If you're really a hard worker and you want to help out with the off-page SEO then I'll increase your profit to 50% if you're willing to handle the writing for the off-page. That means writing content for web 2.0's and my PBNs that I'm building. You'll also get to learn more about off-page SEO if you do that, but I'm only going to increase the share to 50% if you're actually working hard. Writing a couple of articles for a web 2.0 won't cut it. Most sites will require about 20-30 off-page articles to be written. It won't require any knowledge or difficult work. For backlinks I'll tell you the article title and keywords, you can write it in google docs or word, and I'll do the creation work.

There's no limit to the amount of people I'll work with. I can find niches all day and I can afford plenty of domains and hosting.

Add me on skype if you're interested: thomas.belfort.uk

    Thanks,
    Tom

Are you fine with your JV partner controlling the domain name
meaning i register the domain and take care of content and you take care of everything else?

Sorry, no. That would open me up to scamming too easily. Someone could just completely lock me out and take 100% of the profits once I've done all the work. I'm the one doing all the work and bringing the knowledge, skills and experience to the table. I'm only asking someone to write content when given titles and keywords.

If I give away control of the domains to dozens of people I'm working with, once I've done everything they would have a very strong incentive to lock me out and take full profit. My incentive to scam others is extremely low. I would have more to lose than to gain. If I scammed someone they would come on here and I would lose my bhw account, my journey thread, potential jv partners, my reputation and every other jv I have would be jeopardized and for what? 25% instead of 75%? Pointless on my part when if I keep my word I can have 10 people do content for 10 sites and get 10x75% instead of 1x100%

This is a take it or leave it proposition I'm afraid :)

I understand where you are coming from but you have also got to look at it from your JV partner's point of view.

For instance, I give you content but say your SEO does not work or you get busy with life
or you lose interest in this journey (happens very frequently).
The content I gave you has gone waste and I have nothing to show for it.
In this situation, you are not even scamming me but these things happen.

You also need to consider the fact that it will take at least 6 - 8 months from the date that you start
setting up sites before you will even see a single cent of affiliate income (Time taken in setting up sites, SEO, rankings and Amazon takes 3 months to pay)

Now, you are doing this JV because you do not want to invest so much money upfront for these as you are not sure whether it's going to work or not.
Your JV partner will participate in this JV for the same reason.

You are asking the potential JV partner to take you at your word but you are not willing to put any trust in your potential JV partner.

I want to ask you the same question, why should i trust you and give you content
when I am only going to see some money after 6 to 8 months and that too only if you know what you are doing and Google does not make any major changes to its algos.

At the end, its your JV and your rules but it takes two to tango.

Everything in business has risks. This is why 90% of people never make a cent because they come from a world where they only work for guaranteed compensation and unless they believe that they're going to earn, they don't work.

Becoming a millionaire is very different. You have to accept failure and risk and embrace them. You have to be willing to work for a year 50 hours a week and have nothing but failures.

The very successful don't think about having things to show for their work. They consider it part of the journey which will eventually lead them to riches.

I'm not bothered whether you work with me or not. I'm just offering you advice that you will need to follow in anything you do if you desire to become a very very wealthy individual and leave behind the rat race.

It doesn't take anywhere near that. Sites start to make tiny amounts of money after 1 month, small after 2 months and at 3 months they usually pick up good momentum.

Amazon pays net 60. Which means by month 3 you'll get 1 cheque per month.

Nope. I have a writer I use to build some sites, others I write the content myself and yet others I'm having built with this JV. Once I have more money it'll be purely writers I hire. This isn't because I fear losing money. It's a way to get more sites built.

You don't have to trust me, and no offence meant, but I wouldn't work with you. You seem to want quick guaranteed money, which is only to be found in a salaried position. I'm just looking for people who have a few hours extra a week and are happy to have a punt at something that could give them some extra passive income. I do wish you the best of success with your own ventures, but you're not the partner for me.

In this case it doesn't take two to tango. I don't need anyone else to make this work. I've already got the knowledge, skills and money required to do this on a sufficiently large scale alone.
