Looking for Web Designer/Graphic Designer/ETC

Hey everyone.

I have a big project that I am about to start that I will need a decent size website built with lots of features. I'm really looking for someone to come in as a partner and be in charge of the web design, updates, etc for the life of the site. I'm paying to have a really nice business plan created and will be presenting this to possible investors/sponsors, and I'm 100% positive the site will make a lot of money.

I don't mind paying some, but I'm really wanting someone who's more interested in the idea and the long term payoff of the site. I don't want to share the idea here, because I want to keep it semi-private right now. I would rather discuss this with the interested party. This is completely white-hat and has a lot of potential.

If anyone is interested in talking more about this and is interested in working something out, please contact me. I would like you to have some sort of web design team to ensure that everything is done right and timely. I don't mind talking to individuals, but you need to know how to do it all.

I'm ready to join the team pls let me know what exactly are your requirements. I love working in a team as a member and work hard to deliver best results . For me money is not that important. When i work as a team member RESULTS are what i look for.
