I am Looking for trusted company to open offshore business in US.

I am not sure which location but i heard that Delaware is good place to have an offshore company, also fees are not high .. and tax are low.

Also, I want to make sure that I'll be able to get BBB Accreditation.

If you got money you can join the BBB. They are a private company and all you have to do is pay a fee and you are in.

Why not do it on your own? Don't have to pay the fees - get a DIY kit

myuscompany.com does this - I bought a kit from them and they explain what you gotta do to form your own company. The company formed will be in Delaware - and you're rite - lower tax rate and other stuff. $200 per year franchise tax plus some accounting fees you gotta pay to a firm they will set you up with.

    Thomansfel, thanks.

Bmac, do you have experiences with BBB ? and where to pay fee or register company.

Ianbong, thanks so much appreciated your help, but confused over which is better is it corp., or LLC.
I found that LLC have annual ongoing fees of 200$ each year, and the US corporation is 60$, so why LLC is costing much?
And can I have name search and registered for company, and can I register the company after that in BBB?

LLC costs more because you don't have to pay tax for income not sourced from US, whereas if you set up a corp, you have to pay tax no matter where that income comes from.
