Looking for the indexing services that uses top alexa ranked sites.

It's a website that was listed in a thread on here some time ago that I'm unable to find for the life of me.

Basically it took top Alexa ranked websites and automatically went down the list, registering and building backlinks on those sites i THINK via the edit profile option (if memory serves). But they were almost all DF links.

Anyone remember what website this was? Or have a link to the thread?
