YACG is good, that's the on I use and it's easy to change templates.

RSSevolution is good if you have content solution also. then you mix rss feeds in CS and then put them to rssevolution. however, rssevolution crate pages on computer and you have to upload everything to server..
yacg is good if you customize it, add your own templates, make your own hooks etc.
SEC is good if you buy addons (template addon and static pages addon) but its difficult to make good content.
Fantomaster is, ehkem, a bit expensive, and cracked version is useless because it have outdated bot ips. Didnt tried it tho.
RSSGM is also free one, but its hell old. Would be good if you modify it, add your own templates etc. I'd go for YACG anyway, which is also free.
Traffic Equalizer is outdated.
DPGP from professional-submitter.com looks nice, but didn't heard any real review about it.

i've used blogger generator and rsstoblog..but still trying to figure out how to get it to work. it keeps giving me an error

I have used yacg with my own tenplates and no adsense for about 3-5 months and got about 3000 pages indexed on the search engine. The only problem that I'm getting very few visitors about 10-20/day, to make things worse google is starting to delist my pages as time goes by. The last time I've checked I only have about 500 pages indexed on google.
