Looking for someone with large list

I am looking for someone who has a large list for short term JV about month and a half to promote an affiliate link. I have e-mail message ready to go. I will split $$$. I will take 40% and you get 60% (around 118.00 per conversion for you). can work out payment details if interested. I have smaller list that I will include also. Pm if interested. I would prefer a reputable member or long stander, no offense to you guys that don't post much, hell I don't. But is kind of touchy program to me.

Okay..the reason it is touchy because I am sorta/kinda/somewhat involved in "what" is being promoted

I have a list of about 100k of my customers that purchase software online. What kind of offer are you running, who's your payment processor, how will you pay?

I own around 1 million 2008 just grabbed leads all US based, however not keen to e-mail then by myself if you set an autoresponder we could give it a try.
