I need to split a dedicated server into multiple VPS machines for my staff.

I've got Windows server 2008 installed on it but I can install other OS if need be (Linux, CentOS whatever).

I have the root access as well.

Looking for someone who can get the job done asap and if it all goes well, I'll have more work for you.

Send me a PM with your quote.

    Thanks.

How much ram and hard drive space does your current vps have? Do you want multiple 2008 severs or a mix of OS's. Have done this many times in my own server room, never on a paid VPS so I might do this for free if your requirements are within reason.

The current dedi has 32 gig of ram and 3 TB of HDD.

All I want is have 2-3 machines up all running windows server 2008. One for me and the rest of them for my staff.

    Thanks

You will need to install a Server Virtualization software on your machine to spin off virtual machines.

There are various virtualization software's provided by various vendors. Here are a few -

    VMvare VShphere http://www.vmware.com/products/vsphere/mid-size-and-enterprise-business/overview.html

VMWare VSphere Hypervisor - http://www.vmware.com/products/vsphere-hypervisor/overview.html , this is free

Citrix XenServer - http://www.citrix.com/English/ps2/products/product.asp?contentID=683148, They also have a free version

    Parallels - http://www.parallels.com/virtualization/server/

You can go with any of them based on your needs.

I can help you install, let me know :)
