Looking for someone to sell products on eBay for a 50/50 split of the profits.

I am interested in finding someone to sell products for me on there ebay account(s). I will be selling 25-50 items for $250-$500 each. I will handle all packaging and shipping while my partner will handle sales, invoices, message responses, etc. This way I can focus on what I am good at and leave the technical issues of running the stealth accounts up to someone else. I am willing to do a 50/50 split of the profits for this service.
