Looking for someone to sell a "premium" domain name for me

Since I have never done this, it'd be great if someone with proper knowledge could sell a domain name for me.

I have no idea where one would do that and how, therefore the process is completely up to you - I am interested only in the end result. Please note that you will also need to do a fair appraisal first in order for us to be able to continue.
