Can someone make me a logo for a site i am putting together.

The site is bicestertwinning.com
All i am looking for is for someone to put this text in the logo:
The Bicester Twinning Association

And i am looking for these flags to be included
English
French
German
Polish
Italian
And the background of the logo to mach the background of the site.
Thats pretty much it.

you need to fix your site first... The buttons are behind the image?

Tested in FF, IE, Chrome. Failed to render correctly in each browser.
