Okay, so I was just randomly thinking about this and I'd be interested in having a some sort of a subscription-based site. I'm more interested in buying an established one rather than building my own. But I'm not sure what kind of a subscription based site I can have since I really don't have any skills. Any ideas? I've been looking on Flippa, nothing interesting I could find. I'm willing to invest in low $XXXX.
You are better off buying a domain name that suits your desired niche and make it your own. Buying a established site then editing the heck outta it is just doubling your work load. IMO
