Looking for simple on page seo help

Hi , I have a small website , 8-10 pages . Doesn't have any kind of SEO , no tags , keywords etc . I am looking for some one for on page seo .

Basically you have to Look for related keywords & then add them to pages , tags whatever .

Phase 2 will be SEO which can help it get on page 1-2 on google .

Let me know the price for both phase & time frame .
