Looking for serious SEO company or Freelancer to improve SERP and get 50% of earnings

Hi,
I have a website where I provide WordPress website creating and WordPress security/optimization related services andI'm looking for an SEO company or a freelancer who can improve position of my website in search engines.
We can share 50/50 because expected earnings can be quite high.
People who can deliver one-time links without taking constant care of SERP are not welcomed. I need to have good stable position in SEs.

Start with those - In all JV threads we are required to conduct our own due diligence and since we are basically lending you money and then trusting your going to pay us - I would like to see alot more details provided. Also I am not interested in PM deals - I would like all details except money site to be shared in the open - so there are more consequences for you should you not pay up.
