If you are just spamming then several services offer unlimited keywords.
Obviously this wouldn't usually make much sense. Do you have some kind of plan?

Have you been living under a rock? Have you not read the case studies in the Jr VIP section about spamming in 2014? Spamming is alive and well.

Haha @ everyone in this thread trying to sell spam services to rank. Stop it. OP it's possible but if you want long term ranks you need to manually build your links. Even if it's only tier 1 manually built, it has to be manual or it will be deleted out. Two things you need to understand.
1. Keyword diversity. You need to have it perfect of you'll be penalized.
2. The pace you build all the keywords. If you build them all at once, that's going to be a ton of links, try drip feeding, go one at a time for each keyword.
